About Eric Lam, DO
Dr. Eric Lam is an Assistant Attending and Assistant Professor of Medicine practicing at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Eric Lam is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the American Thoracic Society. His professional interests focus on pulmonary disease, critical care medicine, sleep medicine, and critical care echocardiography. He has a particular interest in sleep medicine and critical care.
He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and is a Diplomate of the National Board of Echocardiography in Critical Care Echocardiography. In addition, he serves as a Visual Abstract Features Editor for CHEST Pulmonary Journal.
