About Zohaib Ahmad, MD
Dr. Zohaib Ahmad is an assistant professor of radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and an assistant attending radiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. After completing medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine, Dr. Ahmad went on to complete his residency in diagnostic radiology at Boston University Medical Center. He then completed a fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Ahmad is experienced in many aspects of musculoskeletal imaging—including sports injury, soft tissue and bone tumors, spinal imaging, and peripheral nerve imaging—as well as musculoskeletal interventions such as joint injections/aspirations and soft tissue and bone tumor biopsy. He is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society, and the American College of Radiology.
