Timothy J Crimmins, MD

Timothy J. Crimmins, MD, received his BS and MD from The George Washington University. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Washington and fellowship training in vascular medicine at Columbia University. He is board certified in internal medicine and vascular medicine and focuses his practice on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases.

Dr. Crimmins serves as deputy chief executive officer and chief medical information officer of ColumbiaDoctors and as deputy vice dean for clinical affairs at Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. He is also medical director of the Non-Invasive Vascular Lab in Cardiology.

In these roles, Dr. Crimmins works to support the growth of ColumbiaDoctors, meet the needs of clinicians and patients, and strengthen the partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian in pursuit of shared institutional goals. He is committed to patient-centered care and to improving the quality, accessibility, and efficiency of care through clinical, operational, and technological innovation.
