Shawanda M. Patterson, DNP, RN, AGACNP-BC

Dr. Patterson is a Nurse Practitioner in the Department of Neurology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She has been in nursing for over 18 years and a Neurohospitalist NP for over 6 years. Dr. Patterson is involved in the care of hospitalized patients with neurological diagnoses such as stroke, seizures, traumatic brain injury, as well as neuro-oncologic diagnoses. She also has an interest in patient post-acute transitions of care.
