Rachelle P Mendoza, MD

Dr. Rachelle P. Mendoza is a cytopathologist and gynecologic pathologist at Department of Pathology and Cell Biology. She attended medical school at De La Salle Health Sciences Institute in Cavite, Philippines. After moving to the United States, she completed her anatomic and clinical pathology residency training at State University of New York Downstate Medical Center (2017-2021) followed by cytopathology and gynecologic pathology training at the University of Chicago Medical Center (2021-2023). She then spent a year as an attending pathologist at the University of Rochester Medical Center (2023-2024). She has published several peer-reviewed articles in the field of cytopathology and gynecologic pathology.
