About Princy S Daniel, NP


Princy S Daniel, NP, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in the Division of Colorectal Surgery who graduated from Dominican College. Princy worked as a Nurse Practitioner in Gastroenterology of Westchester in St. John's Riverside Hospital where she supported patients with acute and chronic gastrointestinal illnesses and multiple chronic comorbidities. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she worked as a Registered Nurse in outpatient and inpatient settings for 12 years at various institutions. Princy works closely with Dr. Bo Shen and all the IBD gastroenterologists in the Division. She sees patients in collaboration with the IBD, attending gastroenterologists in the outpatient setting from their initial consult examination to their entire post-procedure period. She educates and triage patients and their families with common concerns relating to IBD and general GI disorders. Princy has expertise in the scheduling and delivery of infusions in various outpatient settings.
