About Noga Shalev, MD
Dr. Noga Shalev is an Assistant Professor in Clinical Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Columbia University Medical Center. She is a graduate of the Social Internal Medicine Program at Montefiore Medical Center and the Nicholas A. Rango HIV Clinical Scholars' Program of the New York State AIDS Institute. Dr. Shalev is credentialed as an American Academy of HIV Medicine Specialist. Her research and clinical work have been devoted to the intersection between social inequities and sexually transmitted infections. She is the recipient of the National Institute of Minority Health and Health Disparities LRP grant for her work on medical services in correctional setting. Her current research focuses on the history and epidemiology of syphilis.
