About Nicholas Blair, MD
Dr. Nicholas Blair is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. His clinical and research interests focus on the intersection of substance use and infectious diseases, particularly invasive bacterial infections, hepatitis C, and HIV. He has a particular interest in low-barrier care models that simultaneously address both substance use and infectious diseases.
Dr. Blair provides care at the Comprehensive Health Program, where he offers HIV primary care and general infectious disease services. He is also a provider at the TRANSiT clinic at New York-Presbyterian, a low-barrier clinic specializing in the treatment of substance use disorders. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases.
