About Lisa R Saiman, MD
Dr. Lisa Saiman is currently a Professor of Pediatrics and has served as the Hospital Epidemiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital for over two decades. Dr. Saiman is the Chair of the Department of Pediatrics' Committee on Appointments and Promotions (CoAP) and the Associate Vice Chair for Faculty Development. Her primary research and clinical interests are hospital epidemiology and healthcare-associated infections across the spectrum of healthcare, ranging from the neonatal ICU to cystic fibrosis to pediatric long-term care with a particular focus on respiratory viruses.
