4.8 stars out of five. |136 ratings
The Patient Experience Star Rating represents how patients feel about the quality of their interaction with their Columbia provider during an office visit. This rating is derived from patient answers to four questions on a standardized experience survey, which is sent out to verified patients and administered by an independent third-party, Qualtrics. Responses are scored and converted to a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest rating.
  1. Did the provider explain things in a way that was easy to understand?
  2. Did the provider listen carefully to you?
  3. Did this provider show respect for what you had to say?
  4. How would you rate the provider on a scale from 0 to 10, with 10 being the best possible rating?
