About Katherine L. Carson, MD


Katherine Carson received her undergraduate BA in Molecular Biology from Princeton University and then has been a part of the Columbia community ever since. She completed her MD at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2009, trained in both Neurology and Internal Medicine, ultimately completing residency and board certification in Internal Medicine in 2013. She joined the faculty of Columbia in the fall of 2013 in the division of General Internal Medicine and divides her time between two practices and several additional teaching responsibilities with medical students and residents. She is enrolling parttime in the Masters in Bioethics program at Columbia in the fall of 2014 to further explore these issues.
