About Jai Radhakrishnan, MD
Dr. Jai Radhakrishnan, MD, MS is a Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and a nephrologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. He provides comprehensive care for patients with complex kidney disease, with particular expertise in rare and glomerular disorders, including focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, lupus nephritis, ANCA vasculitis and IgA nephropathy, as well as the clinical spectrum of hypertension-related kidney disease. His clinical approach emphasizes accurate diagnosis, longitudinal risk assessment, and individualized therapy grounded in evidence and shared decision-making.
Dr. Radhakrishnan's academic work focuses on advancing care and outcomes in rare kidney diseases through clinical research, patient-centered studies, and collaborative, multicenter efforts.
