About Grace K. Mandigo, MD, FAANS
Dr. Grace Mandigo is a board-certified neurosurgeon at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, specializing in endovascular neurosurgery. She treats a wide spectrum of neurovascular conditions, including brain aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), intractable headaches, spinal vascular disorders, and tumors requiring embolization. With advanced training in both neurosurgery and interventional neuroradiology, Dr. Mandigo offers minimally invasive, cutting-edge therapies tailored to each patient's needs.
Dr. Mandigo earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Yale University and her medical degree from Columbia University. She completed both her neurosurgery residency and fellowship in neuroendovascular surgery at Columbia, where she now serves as Associate Director of the Neurosurgery Residency Training Program and Director of the Neuroendovascular Fellowship. She also serves on the Admissions Committee for Columbia's Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and as the Director of the Neuroendovascular Elective.
Dr. Mandigo has a clinical research interest in the treatment of medically refractory migraine headache and headache syndromes with neuroendovascular techniques. She sees patients at the Neurological Institute of Columbia (710 West 168th Street) and at the Columbia/NYP outpatient center at Hudson Yards.
