About Eun-Ju Lee, MD
Dr. Lee graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Johns Hopkins University majoring in Biology with a minor in flute performance. She received her medical degree at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and subsequently completed her Internal Medicine residency at Columbia University, followed by her Hematology/Oncology fellowship at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
Prior to joining the faculty at Columbia University, Dr. Lee was an Assistant Professor in the division of Hematology/Oncology at Weill Cornell. Dr. Lee treats patients with non-malignant blood disorders and her research interests include platelet disorders - for which she has served as a principal investigator on clinical trials of novel agents for Immune Thrombocytopenia, as well as iron deficiency anemia.
Dr. Lee is a member of the American Society of Hematology and has numerous publications in prestigious peer-reviewed journals including Blood, New England Journal of Medicine, British Journal of Hematology, and American Journal of Hematology.
