About Cara Swintelski, DO
Dr. Cara Swintelski is an assistant professor of radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and an assistant attending radiologist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. After graduating medical school from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Dr. Swintelski completed her intern year in internal medicine at the University of Connecticut and her residency training in diagnostic radiology at Mount Sinai West in New York City. She completed a fellowship in breast imaging at Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She is experienced in all aspects of breast imaging, including mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and breast biopsies. She is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society, the American College of Radiology, the Society of Breast Imaging, and the New York Breast Imaging Society.
