Beatriz Desanti de Oliveira, MD

Beatriz Desanti de Oliveira, MD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and is part of the Hospitalist group in the Division of General Medicine. She earned her BA in Molecular Biology at Princeton University and received her medical degree at the Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons - Columbia University. She completed her internship, residency and chief residency at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She has a special interest in medical education in ethics and end-of-life care. She joined the Columbia Center for Clinical Medical Ethics in 2023.
